Zermatt

I’ve always enjoyed skiing ever since I was a youth in upstate New York when we would go as a family to Snow Ridge in nearby Turin, NY, fasten our “bear trap” bindings, and hit the slopes. Since then, skiing has been part of my winter life that I’ve shared with Susan since we newlyweds, first in cross-country and then downhill alpine skiing. In 2017 our son-in-law Carl suggested that he and I plan an alpine adventure together in Zermatt, Switzerland where he and friends had gone the year before. In February 2018 we did it and had a marvelous time, as this collage and slideshow of pictures will attest!
